Laminated glass is manufactured by bonding two or more sheets of glass under heat and pressure with the use of special interlayers. It resists scattering after breaking and is not allowed the passage from one side to another, therefore it has a wide potential of use in places involving human health and in places where the security problems like burglary, vandalism etc is expected.

Laminated glass doesn’t significantly change the transparency and conductivity specifications of float glass because the optical properties of an interlayer and glass is very closed. Laminated glass is also useful because of its help to sound insulation and low UV transmission.

Laminated glass can be manufactured with clear or coloured PVB; clear, coloured or reflective glass combinations. Additionally, laminated glass can be manufactured with tempered glass combinations and can be used in insulating glass units.

Eva Laminated Film
Eva Film, which is a co-polymer resin means ethylene vinyl acetate, is very essential material for laminated applications. This resin is obtained by heating and mixing of many raw materials. Eva film; in colour of clear, white, opaque, blue, red, green and similars doesn’t include any plastic raw material. Its nonadhesive and soft surface is evident of its quality, keeps in rolls. Eva film is applicated into two glass sheet, into these sheets between two eva layer, almost every type of material (fabric, wood, paper, picture, folio, digital images etc.) can be put. As the importance of visual quality nowadays, it has an essential role in adding value and aesthetic to the glass. Eva has advantages like perfect transparency, high bonding quality, resistant and strength, protection from UV, safe and utility for sound insulation, moisture resistant.
